My dad said something to me after he finally saw the movie Avatar about how he read an article somewhere about how much Avatar and Pocahontas were alike and how they are basically the same story line. Now at first I didn’t agree and then the more I thought about it the more i agreed, it’s the same exact plot, if you watch the two trailers that i posted it basically proves my point. One of them is the Avatar trailer visuals with the Pocahontas sound from the Pocahontas trailer and vice versa… if that makes any sense. Anyway it’ll make sense when you watch them. I found it very amusing how perfectly they matched up, but judge for yourself. Another fun fact, is that Avatar has now broken the record of the most money made in the box office; it beat Titanic, which by the was was by the same director… wow is he good.
